UNITY GROUP is the new name for DAO shipping and real estate businesses

Unity Group is the new name for the shipping and real estate business formerly known as DAO, CEO Danny Ungar announced today.

Unity Maritime and Unity Real Estate have re-branded as Unity Group to bring together Danny’s enterprises on both land and sea as the company expands its business around the globe.

London-based Unity Group has a new website at https://unitygroup.world, which will provide news on the investments, projects and people of Unity Group. The new website provides details of the fleet and provides live tracking of the ships around the world.

Unity Maritime started business in 2012 and operates a fleet of eighteen top tier dry cargo ships. The recent establishment of Unity Ship Management marks a key development milestone for the business as Unity takes the technical ship management and operation of its ships in house to improve services to its charterers.

Unity Real Estate began investing in property in 2008 and has a portfolio of ten properties. Unity Real Estate is focused on the London property market and continues to grow its portfolio, having recently acquired Byron House in St James’s Street.
