Unity Real Estate is a London based investor, developer and property manager

Born out of a passion for real estate, we began investing in property in 2008 and now own a diverse, prime central London portfolio, consisting of a mix of assets including residential, commercial, medical and retail.

We invest in unique and often historic properties with a specific focus mainly on prime but also evolving central London locations. Working with award-winning architects, we approach development through a design lens and seek to retain and celebrate as much of the existing building and its story as possible.

Unity Studio

From concept to completion.

Unity Real Estate was born out of a passion for property and the wider built environment. From the very beginning, an innate appreciation for architectural beauty and spatial quality was a key driver in the growth of the real estate portfolio.

We established Unity Studio to take the architectural lead on selected projects within the portfolio, from concept to completion.

We have a highly skilled, experienced team of architects and designers who specialise in the creative re-use of historic building in London. Working with our trusted collaborators, the Studio takes a cohesive approach to design; intertwining heritage, architecture, interior design and sustainability to create a refined and enduring design language.
