Unity Real Estate is a London based investor, developer and property manager


Born out of a passion for real estate, we began investing in property in 2008 and now own a diverse, prime central London portfolio, consisting of a mix of assets including residential, commercial, medical and retail.


We invest in unique and often historic properties with a specific focus mainly on prime but also evolving central London locations. Working with award-winning architects, we approach development through a design lens and seek to retain and celebrate as much of the existing building and its story as possible.

We are comfortable with complexity and progressive in our approach to building use and emerging market trends. This is central to our success in creating long-term, enduring value
