Unity Real Estate is a London based investor, developer and property manager

2008

Born out of a passion for real estate, we began investing in property in 2008 and now own a diverse, prime central London portfolio, consisting of a mix of assets including residential, commercial, medical and retail.

London

We invest in unique and often historic properties with a specific focus mainly on prime but also evolving central London locations. Working with award-winning architects, we approach development through a design lens and seek to retain and celebrate as much of the existing building and its story as possible.

We care about our buildings and our occupiers and this is fundamental to our approach from acquisition through to the property management

Transition to 100% electrical plant and purchase renewable energy across portfolio on renewal

Prioritise refurbishment over redevelopment and maximise use of existing structures to minimise embodied carbon emissions into atmosphere

Develop high quality spaces which are durable and built to ensure longevity

Partner with occupiers to minimise energy in use

Select smart low energy solutions and appliances for IT, lighting, heating, cooling and ventilation

Measure carbon reduction success through external certification
