This latest expansion introduces The Reading Room—a new adjacent concept space on Oriel Place designed to elevate the customer experience. It offers a dedicated environment for quiet enjoyment, curated events, and community gatherings, reinforcing Gail’s commitment to thoughtful hospitality and local engagement. 

Unity’s Hampstead High Street holding comprises 8,400 square feet of prime retail space directly opposite Hampstead Tube station. Acquired in 2021, the asset includes nine ground-floor retail units and eight buildings, anchored by premium tenants such as Brandy Melville, Space NK, and Sushi Shop.  

Hampstead remains one of London’s most desirable enclaves, with its village-like charm, high footfall, and enduring demand for premium retail. In 2024, Unity Land acquired  Wells Court—adding 27 luxury apartments across seven floors in the heart of Hampstead Village.
