Unity Real Estate appoints Piercy & Company and Studio Ossino to work on The Pioneer

Unity Real Estate has today announced that a design team led by Piercy & Company Architects has been selected to work on its prestigious project, The Pioneer. The design of the project will be undertaken as a collaboration between Piercy & Company, as design lead, with Studio Ossino designing the interiors.

The Pioneer is an ambitious project which will extensively refurbish and remodel 12-14 Cavendish Place to create the leading private, members only, workspace in London- the “five star hotel” of the office world- comprising private offices, meeting rooms, restaurant and bars, lounge, event spaces and wellness facilities.

Planning consent was granted in May 2020 however the development was delayed as a result of Covid. The appointment of the design team marks the start of the detailed design work. Construction is expected to start later in 2023.

The workspace will provide the ultimate in home comfort and convenience, combined with seamless, first class service and exceptional food and beverage.
