Unity Real Estate begins construction on Cavendish Place, W1

Unity Real Estate is pleased to announce construction work to restore 12-14 Cavendish Place in collaboration with Sir Robert McAlpine has begun.

Planning consent for the extensive refurbishment and remodelling of the prestigious building was granted in May 2020, and Unity Real Estate is now moving forward with the project.

Set within two Grade II listed townhouses, the extensive refurbishment to join the two buildings will create an unparalleled business members club that will feature beautifully appointed private offices, business lounges and meeting spaces.

While specific details about the members club are yet to be revealed, the commencement of construction, and appointment of Sir Robert McAlpine, marks an important milestone in the development of the club which is expected to open in Spring 2025.

Sir Robert McAlpine is a leading UK construction and civil engineering company, with a reputation for delivering projects to the highest standards of quality.

Led by Sir Robert McAlpine’s Special Projects team for this initial site preparation phase, the main works construction phase will start later this year. This project is a testament to their reputation for delivering complex remodelling schemes in busy Central London locations.
