Unity Real Estate is pleased to announce that it has exchanged a conditional contract to acquire the leasehold of Byron House, 7-9 St James’ Street SW1
The site is being sold by M&G for an undisclosed sum. The transaction has received approval from the freeholder, The Crown Estate, and is expected to complete in January 2023.
Subject to necessary approvals, Unity Real Estate plan to appoint architects alongside a full professional team to undertake building improvements which will add end of trip facilities, club room and roof terrace for the benefit of the building occupiers.
