ABOUT

Unity Land is a curator of capital in all its forms.

What We Do

We cultivate prime real estate that delivers lasting financial, cultural, and social value. Every asset is selected and developed with intention, guided by a long-term perspective.

Through Unity Studio’s design expertise, we transform spaces with a heritage-aware, specification-led approach. Comfortable with complexity and attuned to emerging trends, we create properties that stand the test of time and consistently deliver enduring value.

Time Tested

Born out of a passion for real estate, we began investing in property in 2008 and now hold a diverse, prime portfolio. From historic restorations to contemporary assets, each property reflects a consistent sensibility shaped by time, taste, and thoughtful care.

This long-term mindset guides how we choose and cultivate our portfolio, ensuring that every space we develop continues to resonate, perform, and create enduring value well into the future.

Our legacy is to create aesthetic excellence with generational impact, curated with purpose.

About

Unity Land

Our real estate company owns and manages a portfolio of prime central London properties.

We seek to bring a pioneering and sustainable approach to all our buildings and the communities they serve.

We focus on compelling opportunities in prime or central London locations. Depending on the asset, we set-out the development vision or long-term asset management strategy.

Together with our trusted and long-term collaborators, we ensure that our projects are delivered as envisaged and to the highest possible standard.

Care and attention to detail are the cornerstones of our approach, from acquisition, through the development stage and finally the ongoing day-to-day operation.

About

Unity Studio

From concept to completion.

We established Unity Studio to take the architectural lead on selected projects within the portfolio, from concept to completion.

Our highly skilled team of architects and designers specialise in the creative re-use of historic buildings. Working with trusted collaborators, the Studio takes a cohesive approach to design—intertwining heritage, architecture, interior design, and sustainability to create a refined and enduring design language.

We firmly believe that great design is not just about creating something beautiful, but ensuring a place serves its purpose well.

We care deeply about our buildings and occupiers—this is fundamental to our approach from acquisition through to property management.

A Sustainable Future

We are committed to creating developments that respect the past while building for the future. Our approach prioritizes sustainability through material reuse and preserving historical character. As urban landscapes evolve, we ensure progress reduces environmental impact and strengthens social value.

We are progressive yet pragmatic—mindful that every redevelopment must balance heritage, sustainability, and commercial viability. Our projects meet all current and anticipated standards, but we aim higher: actively investing in practices that reduce waste, conserve resources, and honour the character of the spaces we transform.

PEOPLE

Designed to support and enhance human wellbeing

PLANET

Designed to minimise embodied carbon and energy in use

We are committed to creating flexible, inclusive spaces that inspire movement, collaboration, and creativity while prioritizing the health and wellbeing of our employees, occupiers, and partners. By integrating ventilation and acoustic solutions that optimize conditions for productivity, and embracing outdoor areas and biophilic design, we aim to foster environments that support both physical and mental wellness. Our efforts extend beyond our walls, as we actively support local charitable organizations and businesses within our communities. To ensure accountability and continuous improvement, we measure wellbeing success through recognized external certifications.

We are dedicated to reducing emissions in line with the Paris Agreement by developing a clear, actionable pathway toward net zero. Our strategy includes transitioning to 100% electrical plant and sourcing renewable energy across our portfolio. By prioritizing refurbishment over redevelopment and maximizing existing structures, we aim to reduce embodied carbon while creating durable, high-quality spaces. Working with occupiers, we focus on lowering energy use through smart, low-energy solutions for IT, lighting, heating, cooling, and ventilation. We ensure transparency and accountability by measuring carbon reduction through recognized external certifications.
